About Kelvin Green
Kelvin Green is driving the green heat transformation by helping local heat suppliers and municipal utilities decarbonize their heat networks. Kelvin Green was launched in 2023 by three experienced founders with more than four decades of experience in the IT and energy sector. Since then, we have developed heating strategies in more than 20 projects for over 10 different energy suppliers, designed, implemented and brought software tools into live operation and are working at high speed on the operating system of the future for heating networks – an exciting mix of technology, business, consulting, data science and IT. There is a lot to do on all fronts!
What we are looking for
- Profile: You are motivated to advance the heat transition
- Education: You are enrolled in a degree program related to energy economics or energy technology (heat), data science (with an understanding of the heat sector) or computer science (or a similar degree program)
- Experience: You have a good basic understanding and ideally already have some practical experience in the energy industry, energy technology, frontend or backend development or data science in the context of the heating industry
- Skills: You enjoy learning new things, but you keep your focus on the essentials. You think and work in a structured and orderly manner, but remain pragmatic and solution-oriented when finding solutions
- Language: For all IT-related topics, you should at least have a very good command of written and spoken English. For all other areas, written and spoken German and English should be no problem for you
